MUSC Implements Measures to Prevent COVID-19

A Workshop on Fundamental Biosafety for BSL–2 was held at on 27 to 28 February 2020 at the Stang Mongkolsuk Conference Room, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University. Concerning about the outbreak of the COVID-19, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University has strictly implemented the safety and precaution measures which are in line with the recommendations by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. These include:

1. Temperature checks by healthcare personnel (The risk group is not allowed to attend the workshop.)
2. Attendees filled the information sheet based on the standard safety and precautions measures
3. Alcohol gels and surgical masks are provided
4. Seatings are assigned and monitored
5. All utensils are sanitized
6. All equipments and the meeting room are sanitized
